What figures do you plan to crew it with?
I like the figure of the woman with the pot. Did the plant come with the pot or did you add that. The sunflower apron is a nice touch.

The woman with the pot came with the plant in it already, yes. One of Copplestone's Lab Assitants pack, IIRC. Maybe Pulp Figures.
I have some armed sailors and an officer for now, but I want to get some real crew figures. Not sure which ones yet.
